OUR COMPANY PROFILE

Founding

MTE was founded in 1975 in Schorndorf near Stuttgart as MTE Bewegungstechnik GmbH and today has its headquarters not far away in Weinstadt-Endersbach. In 2005, the company was renamed a GmbH & Co. KG.

Specialist for display drives

After the first beginnings in the P.O.P. / P.O.S. industry, the company soon evolved into a unique motion propulsion specialist for all types of advertising displays, with a strong reputation for quality, speed, reliability and integrity. Our experience in the development and production of turntables, display motors and drives, image drives and lighting controls has led to a dominant market position over 35 years. Our core business is to ensure that any moving and light-controlled advertising and product presentation reaches the goal of attracting customers’ attention to the advertising displays.

MTE is the market leader in Europe. We export our products to more than 40 countries worldwide and are working to expand this market presence. We pay attention to the highest quality standards of our suppliers in order to always meet the requirements of our customers. Our highly qualified employees work closely with clients in their projects to achieve maximum satisfaction at an early stage. This applies both in the consulting and realization phase of simple as well as complex requirements.

Specialist for watch winders

The second product line, which has been built since 1995, includes the watch winder. In the meantime, we are one of the world’s largest and most well-known manufacturers of watch winders. Our offer includes a variety of models and accessories in different colors and designs for a different number of watches. Essential components here are built-in modules for manufacturers of their own watch boxes, safes and presentation displays. A watch winder for watch manufacturers and the service companies of watch manufacturers also has a very special significance.

Since mid-2010, MTE has launched a premium brand of watch winders called ORIGINTIMES. It presents itself under its own homepage www.origintimes.com. ORIGINTIMES stands for the most sophisticated, unusual design, the highest quality materials and perfect craftsmanship.

The development and production of nearly all products takes place in our company in Germany. Thus, we are always able to respond flexibly and at short notice to individual customer requests. Also, services such as repairs and warranty cases are done quickly and unbureaucratically.
